I caught my self comparing my art to others artist work that are on the rise, and realized his thought just passed through my head

I haven't had a thought like this in a while, I corrected my self.
My art won't look like others, because it's my art. Everyone's art is their art, they're not all the same. Maybe similar but never the same, right?
That's what makes them special, that it's that persons art work.
It's what will set artist apart.
Do other people find their self thinking this though?
I think the key is to not compare your own work others. I want to remind myself of this always.

School and Tools!
Hey, school's back in session. Just started my Junior year in college. I don't have much to upload right now but will have. I didn't have internet all summer and just recently invested into a Asus desktop, that is working beautifully. It's so fast... beyond happy with it, and I also invested in a new drawing tablet. An Wacom Intuos Pro medium. It is AMAZING.

Summer Time is Here
Hey everyone, I know it's neen a second. I just finished my second year of college and will be a Junior next semster. Have learned alot of new stuff and I'm doing potteru now on the wheel. I'll post some pictures some time. I have alot of art to up load just haven't had the time.
